Margaret is a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher with over twenty-five year’s experience. She has visited the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India many times and has been taught by BKS Iyengar himself, and also Geeta, his daughter, in Pune, as well as in Europe and U.S.A.

She teaches weekly classes and one-to-one sessions locally in Cookham,  Maidenhead and Marlow and also  runs week end and one day workshops in England and Ireland. Also, several times a year she runs Yoga holidays in Crete, Turkey, Canaries, and Egypt etc. As well as guest teaching in Europe and the U.S.A.

Margaret is also a qualified Acupuncturist, Tui Na practitioner (Chinese specialist deep massage) and Chinese herbalist. She gained her MBAcC at College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and did post graduate studies at Zhejiang College in China  in 2000 She practices in  Maidenhead and Cookham, Berkshire.   She  is experienced in treating many disorders.

She is also a practitioner of Facial Rejuvenation with Acupuncture – a wonderful skin treatment which is a well kept secret of Madonna, Gwyneth and co.
